Ingredients for making Tray Sprinkle Biscuits:

300 grams of sour or sweet powder

 1 cup of oil curd

 5 egg units

 1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

How to make a Tray Sprinkle Biscuit:

It's very simple to make this cookie out of a baking dish! Start by beating the eggs and oil in a blender and, little by little, add the powder, salt and, if you like, the cheese as well, working it out with the spatula (the mixture will thicken).

Tip: If you prefer, or if your blender is not powerful, mix the ingredients manually.

Transfer the flour dough to a well-oiled rectangular baking pan (including the sides) and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden and crispy.

Tip: While baking, the dough rises a lot, so be careful not to let it burn.

After the previous step, take the baking powder biscuit out of the oven and serve it still hot or warm. To eat, nibble with your hands and accompany with coffee. Tell us what you think and have a good appetite!

Tip: This biscuit always goes low after it comes out of the oven, so don't get discouraged.
