Ingredients for making Oxtail with watercress:

 1 unit of oxtail

 1 bunch of watercress

 1 unit of chopped onion

3 units of peeled and chopped seedless tomatoes

 2 chopped garlic cloves

 4 tablespoons of tomato paste

 1 bay leaf

 1 liter of beef broth

 2 lemon units

 2 tablespoons of olive oil

 chopped parsley

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Oxtail with watercress:

To prepare this oxtail recipe, start by preparing the oxtail: clean well using lemon juice, remove excess fat and cut through the joints. Place in a pan of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to remove excess fat.

Then put the oil, onion and garlic in a pressure cooker and let it soften. Then add the meat and cook until lightly browned.

Add tomatoes, extract, bay leaf and broth until covered (complete with water if necessary). Season with salt and pepper, cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes after applying pressure.

After the previous step, add the washed watercress, rectify the seasonings and turn off the heat. Cover the pan and let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the watercress to soften.

Finally, serve the oxtail with watercress and creamy polenta, sprinkled with chopped parsley, and good appetite!
