Crispy Peta Recipe

 1½ cups of sour sprinkles

 ½ cup of oil (120 milliliters)

 ½ cup of water (120 milliliters)

 2 egg units

How to make Crispy Peta:

It's very simple to make homemade peta! Start by placing a pot of water, oil and salt on the fire. In a bowl place the flour.

When the water in the pan boils, add it to the bowl with the sprinkles, mix it well and let it warm. Then add the eggs one by one, stirring between each addition. Mix well until dough is shiny.

On a greased baking tray, shape the pegs into a finger shape using a beak and pastry bag, or a simple bag with a hole in one end.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 15 minutes, watching because it bakes very quickly. After that time, remove and enjoy your crunchy peta!
